Register a company

Add an organisation id and display name. Uploaders can only create projects for companies listed in Registered companies below (matching their account org).

Logos are stored under /org-logos/ on the public site and are not treated as sensitive data.

Create project

Choose your registered company and a project name. Ask an admin to add your company if it is not listed.

Project data

Choose a project, update its stored fields (name, access, initial camera, and so on), then save. Use Uploads for Potree files and thumbnail images. Admins can manage access from Assign users or via the access fields below.

Access

Changing access here requires admin privileges. Non-admins should ask an admin to use Assign users.

Initial camera view (position and target required if used)

Leave both fields blank to keep the stored initial view. Paste comma-separated x, y, z from the Potree viewer for each row.

Uploads

Choose the target project here or under Project data (both stay in sync). Each layer (main, swing, still air) needs all three files: hierarchy.bin, metadata.json, and octree.bin. Leave a layer empty to skip it. Progress appears in the upload dialog below.

Assign users to a project

Set company-wide access or pick individual users for restricted mode. Load users for your company, then save.

Select users for restricted mode. Leave empty for company-wide mode.

Delete project data

Permanently remove a project record from DynamoDB. This action cannot be undone.

Warning: this is a permanent deletion and cannot be reversed.
